The Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET 2022) exam commences today and will continue till 5 August.
TS PGECET 2022: The Osmania University, Hyderabad, will commence the TS PGECET 2022 Exam today, 2 August 2022. The exam will be computer-based tests held at various exam centres across the state of Telangana till 5 August. Each day there will be two shifts for the exam – morning (10 AM to 12 Noon) and afternoon (2 PM to 4 PM). Moreover, the candidate must have the TS PGECET Hall ticket and a valid Id card to write the exam.
The Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) is for admission into regular PG courses. The courses include Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Pharmacy (ME / M.Tech./ M.Pharmacy / M.Arch ) & Graduate level Pharm-D (Post Baccalaureate).
TS PGECET 2022 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates must note the following instructions before appearing for the TS PGECET 2022.
- Candidates should report to the test centre at 9 am (before 1 hour) for the morning session and 2 pm for the afternoon session.
- Make sure you carry your TS PGECET admit card to the exam centre, without which the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
- The authorities can check the candidate’s admit card at any time during the examination.
- Since the exam is for 2 hours, candidates must monitor the time spent on each question and maximize their efficiency by attempting more questions with accuracy.
- Make sure you do not carry any electronic gadgets to the exam centre. Candidates found doing any unfair means will be disqualified for the TS PGECET exam.

TS PGECET 2022 Exam Pattern
There will be 120 objective-type questions in total. Additionally, the marking scheme is such that every correct answer will earn one mark for the candidate. Besides, there will be NO negative marking for incorrect answers.
The cut-off marks for the test will be 30. Also, in the case of SC/ST candidates, there will be no minimum marks.
