Steps to Download Your IAS 2022 Admit Card
All students must carry their admit cards to the venue. The exam, taking place at numerous centres throughout the country, is paper-based. However, all candidates have to produce their admit cards at any centre. It is the only accepted authorization document. Therefore, follow these steps mentioned to download yours.
- Go to the official website – upsc.gov.in.
- Next, click on the link ‘Admit Card’.
- Select ‘Yes’ on the next page after having the instructions.
- Then log in using either your registration ID or Roll Number, followed by your Date of Birth.
- View & Download the admit card.
- Finally, take a printout for the exam day.
The IAS 2022 Prelims is an offline MCQ-based exam. It comprises 2 papers:
- General Studies Paper I – 200 Marks for 100 Questions.
- General Studies Paper II – 200 Marks for 80 Questions.
Ergo, in total, 400 marks, wherein -1/3 is deducted as negative marking for incorrect answers.
