- Candidates must arrive at the UPSC IAS 2023 examination center at least 30 minutes before the exam begins.
- Any electronic devices, gadgets, and accessories are prohibited within the UPSC IAS exam 2023 center.
- Candidates must possess a valid original photo ID proof along with the admit card.
- Only a black ballpoint pen is permitted for marking answers on the OMR sheet; using any other color pen will result in disqualification.
