Authorities had deferred the assessment due to pandemic-induced constraints.
The answer key and OMR sheet are available in the form of a PDF document. The file will contain important details such as examination dates and series-wise question answers. In addition, applicants can raise objections to errors within the answer key by 30 August 2021. Afterwards, the finalised answer sheet will likely be available during the first week of September. The preliminary examination is part of the first WBCS selection phase. Later, shortlisted candidates can write the main assessment.
