West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) officials have published the Madhyamik results today, 20 July, at 9 AM. Earlier in the morning, a press conference took place detailing the release of the marks. The link to the results became available at 10 AM on the board’s official website.
More than 10 lakh Madhyamik students can avail their results this year. Hence, candidates can check the results by logging in to the portal with their roll number and date of birth. The results will contain the candidate’s name, roll number, marks by subject, aggregate marks, score division, and qualifying status.
In 2021, the WBBSE cancelled their class 10 board examinations due to COVID-19 concerns. Therefore, the results will feature the student’s class 9 assessment performance and internal assessment scores in place of exams. The two segments of the aggregate score will receive 50-50 weightage. Students unsatisfied with the alternate evaluation framework can apply for re-evaluation on the official website. Additionally, students who do not qualify for re-evaluation can still apply for the compartment examination later in the year.
