XAT 2023 Exam Duration Increased From 190 Minutes to 210 Minutes: Check XAT Paper Structure
The authorities have decided to increase the XAT 2023 exam duration from 190 minutes to about 210 minutes. The exam will be held on Jan 8, 2023.
XAT 2023 Exam: The officials have increased the duration of the XAT 2023 exam from 190 minutes to 210 minutes. The XAT exam 2023 is to be conducted on Jan 8, 2023. Significantly, XLRI Jamshedpur has shared important information related to the exam pattern.
Per the latest information, XAT 2023 will not be 190 minutes but 210 minutes, which means that the applicants will get 3 hours and 30 minutes to solve the paper.

XAT 2023 Exam Pattern
Mentioned below is the XAT 2023 exam pattern.
- XAT will be conducted in computer-based mode. The medium of the XAT 2023 question paper will be English.
- All the multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will include five options with one correct option.
- The XAT question paper 2023 will have a total of 105 questions.
- The XAT 2023 question paper will consist of three-time bound parts.

Note: The third part of the XAT exam 2023 will take about 30 minutes to complete.
Candidates must remember that they will be rewarded one mark for every correct answer in the XAT 2023 exam. Similarly, for every incorrect answer, -0.25 marks will be deducted. Additionally, negative marks will be awarded for every unattempted question after eight unattempted questions. Therefore, about - .10 marks will be deducted in that situation.
Further, negative marking does not apply to General Knowledge questions. Furthermore, applicants' essays will be evaluated if they are shortlisted for the GD/PI process at XLRI. Moreover, the PwD candidates will get extra time of 20 minutes per hour.
