Financial Aid and Scholarships at KPU

KPU also provides financial aid through SAFA in the form of scholarships, grants, student loans,work-study, and bursaries. Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) require that students have access to sufficient funding for tuition, student fees, and living expenses for the duration of their studies before being issued a study permit. Funding administered by KPU can only be supplemental and cannot be used for the core funding requirements for the student's visa/study permit. Some of the funds available for students are:
