The University of Hearst is one of the very few French Colleges in Canada. Many students here study in 2 languages are French and English. Student services are common in all the 3 campuses apart from the Archive service which is only available in Hearst Campus. 

Hearst offers scholarships to students who have scored over 80% and above in their higher secondary. The scholarship amount offered by UoH is between $3000 to $8000 depending on the marks the applicant has scored. Part-time students receive a bursary of $100 each for 3 credit courses and $200 each for 6 credit courses.
