About the Organizer :

Zoomcar (www.zoomcar.com) is a Self-Drive car rental service which allows you to rent cars by the hour, day, week, or month. They have a wide variety of cars and many locations. They save the cost and hassle of owning a car while giving all the good parts: convenience, mobility, and independence.

Zoomcar gives you the freedom you always wished you had. With a Zoomcar you can:

Take an outstation trip in an ecosport
Go for a dinner in a Honda City
Pick up family from railway station
Roadtrip to Goa
Long Drive to See the Sunrise at Nandi Hills

Booking a Zoomcar is super easy

Book : Sign up and book your machine, all on our site! You decide the duration, location, and car. It’s all super easy.
Upload : License Upload your driver’s license, pay the small security deposit and your booking is confirmed.
Unlock : You will be SMSed your car’s number plate 20 minutes before your booking starts. Unlock it via the Zoomcar app or SMS.
Zoom : Fill the checklist on the Zoomcar app or by calling us. Grab the keys in the glove-box, then drive.
Return : Bring the car back to the same location, and fill the return checklist to end your booking. You are all set!

Problem Statement:

Task 1

To be a Campus Ambassador with Zoomcar, you simply have to fill out this application form: Click here to apply

Task 2

Submit a promotional poster evangelizing the Zoomcar (self driving) concept. The best posters will be shared by Zoomcar on Social Media giving recognition to the creator. You may use the sites www.posteroven.com and www.postermywall.com for the same.
Based on your application, you will be telephonically interviewed by the Zoomcar Marketing Team to confirm selection. Once you are selected, you will be informed of the next steps and submission guidelines via e-mail.

Rewards:

Students will have the opportunity to become Zoomcar Campus Ambassadors, upon successful completion of which they will earn:

INR 3K stipend
Campus Ambassador Certificates

2. Of all the Campus Ambassadors, top city Campus Ambassadors stand to win One Mobile Phone each

Timeline:
14th July 2015 - 20th July 2015

Deliverables:

Once selected as a Campus Ambassador, you are expected to perform the following 5 activities within 4 weeks from selection:

1. Meet and Greet: Selected Campus Ambassadors will be invited to the city office for orientation and there will be a x hour orientation.

2. Drive User Activation: Campus Ambassadors will be expected to evangelize Zoomcar and activate users at their and other campuses. Each Campus Ambassador has to activate atleast minimum 20 participants have to be got.

3. User Survey: Conduct a Survey (provided by Zoomcar) at your Campus and ensure minimum 20 participants.

4. Organise a Contest at their college: Help Organize an intra-college contest at your campus. The theme and nature of the competition will be provided by Zoomcar.

5. Zoomcar Ride: A Zoomcar will be provided to the Campus Ambassador for 4 hours to cover the best spots in the city. Student may choose to share their experience on Social Media.
