we have a series of visting and guest faculty members from around the world that come in to take short courses and assignments. These highly-trained experts in different fields are also practitioners, and so upon graduation a student has a network of upto 100 shifus (wise older friends,) mentors from organizations such as the Tatas, Mahindra, Godrej, IBM, GE, Reliance, Phillips, Whirlpool, Avesthagen, Microsoft, Infosys, General Electronics, CKS, the Bihar Innovation Lab, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, among many others. This kind of mentorship network is an invaluable lifelong resource, for it allows young people to seek advice, tips on work opportunities and other kinds of guidance.

INNOVATION-BASED INTERNSHIPS

Students work with counselors to set up three month innovation internships in diverse industries. These include sectors such as healthcare, medical technologies, color, automobiles and mobility, infrastructure, financial services among many others. Our students choose a path for themselves and begin reaching out to industry from the day they join — not when they are ready to leave the school.
