• Aditya College of Technology and Science Placements: The Training & Placement Cell at Aditya Group of Institution, Satna facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students. The cell liaises with various industrial establishments, corporate houses, etc. which conduct campus interviews and select graduate and post-graduate students from all disciplines. The training & placement cell provides the infrastructural facilities to conduct group discussions, tests, and interviews besides catering to other logistics. 
  The Aditya College of Technology and Science placement season runs through the course of the year commencing the last week of July through to March. Pre-placement talks are also conducted in this regard as per mutual convenience. Job offers, dates of interviews, selection of candidates, etc. are announced through the training & placement cell. The placement cell is assisted by a committee comprising representatives from various streams. The committee evolves a broad policy framework every year besides a set of rules which are inviolable.

The Entrepreneurship Cell consists of some of the most dynamic students of the college and ably guided by a very experienced faculty, envisages Aditya Group where the students are not the job seekers but the job providers and hence an integral part of our cherished mission of make in India.

Training & Placement cell:

The main endeavour of Aditya Group is to get students placed in reputed multinational companies, private sector, all students are entitled to 100 % placement assistance. It provides counselling for higher studies, employment, and even self-employment.
The placement cell assures support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process by making college infrastructure available to them. It also acts as an interface between the industry and the students. The placement cell facilitates the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement. The training & placement cell apart from the normal placement activities have frequent personal interaction with the students which in turn helps to understand & realize their problems better and try to solve effectively & boosting their confidence in every aspect.

A step by step training methodology is adopted to develop their basic sessions on Aptitude & personality development is carried out along with their academic curriculum from IV semester onwards. Rigorous training on the above-mentioned skill sets by the industry experts is organized when the students are in their fifth semester.
