Training Food Production Areas

• The Basic Training Kitchen (BTK): The first-year students of the B.Sc program and CCFP are introduced to food production. They are instructed in the fundamentals of kitchen work with the reward of tasting their own creations.
• The Quantity Food Kitchen (QFK): Students of the second year B.Sc Program and CCFP acquire the knowledge and skills required to cater to the demand of regional cuisines of India.
• The Advanced Training Kitchen (ATK): The trained students of the third year of the B.Sc program get to unleash their combined skills and knowledge and whip up national and international delicacies. The CCFP also sharpens their basic skills and applies them to more advanced preparations.

Training Restaurants 

• The AIHM Noida infrastructure has newly built restaurants used for the food and beverage service training of the students of the bachelor program, diploma course in food and beverage service, and food service for the faculty & staff.
• They are trained to understand and perform the fundamentals of service of food and beverages, pay attention to guests needs, and learn to deal with various situations through face-to-face encounters during service practice. 
• Both restaurants house a (mock) Bar for training students in the art of conjuring up delicious mocktails and other concocted beverages.

Housekeeping Learning Centre: The students at AIHM Noida are introduced to and instructed in the art of providing a clean, comfortable and beautiful atmosphere for the guests. They are instructed in preparing rooms, keeping public areas in an aesthetic condition, providing clean, stain-free linen, arranging flowers and learning the management aspects that go into providing smooth, efficient and effective services to the recipients of these services.

Front Office Learning Centre: Students learn the art of handling various situations through role-play, mock reservation, registration and check-out procedures. In addition, in the second and third years of the bachelor programs, they are also allowed to use demo software used in the hotels for their training and impending placements. The objective is to enable the students to work in the front office of any hospitality organisation with modern systems or software for accounting, arrival, departure, etc.

Computer Room: The AIHM Institute of Hotel Management Greater Noida has a well-equipped computer laboratory with 17 computers and a server. It also provides internet facilities for research and project work. The computer facilities are equipped with computers running on Pentium IV and the latest versions of relevant software. They are connected through the WindowsNT network.

Library: The AIHM Noida library is well stocked with over 3000 books. It has textbooks and excellent reference books of various disciplines, which the students and the faculty frequently use. The library also subscribes to magazines, periodicals & journals related to the hotel industry, and others of general interest. Besides books & magazines, there are educational video cassettes, CDs, and floppy disks, which are very informative and frequently used as a teaching aid.

Hostel: The AIHM Institute of Hotel Management, Greater Noida hostel accommodation for boys and girls separately.
