The selection is done through written exam, personal interview and portfolio shortlisting. Upon clearing the written exam, the candidate has to face personal interview. With personal interview, portfolio shortlisting process also takes place and both of them are used to prepare the final merit list. Personal Interview consists of 45 marks while Portfolio accounts for 55 marks. The written examination consists of both objective and subjective questions and accounts for 200 marks. The candidate needs to clear written exam to be eligible to face further rounds.
