Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development offers modern amenities to students for a better learning experience. The campus is equipped with a hostel, library, auditorium, sports facilities, and more. Further details about BIMHRD infrastructure are mentioned below.

Library

• The library at BIMHRD has a vast collection of management literature and electronic resources. It provides around 50520 books, including the most recent publications in various areas covering, but not limited to, business, economics, and management.
• The library is fully automated with a barcode system, which provides easy access to the information.
• It has a comfortable reading room, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a resource room with working space. A computer fitted with assistive software is available for students needing greater accessibility.
• The DVD collection in the library includes classic & modern feature films, documentaries, and television box sets for the students pursuing film and drama.

Auditorium

• The Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development facilities include two fully air-conditioned art auditoriums. 
• This auditorium conducts guest lectures, internal student events and seminars, and the famed SBU student general body meetings.
• The larger of the two auditoriums, the Ranganatham auditorium, has an accommodation facility for 1,000 people and is regarded in the music world for having one of the best acoustic systems in the region.
• All main events such as  Annual Convocation, ethics oration, and prize and incentives distribution ceremonies, placement drives, pre-placement talks, workshops, seminars, conferences, and cultural festivals are conducted in the  Ranganathan auditorium.

Classroom

• The BIMHRD classrooms are well-furnished with proper ventilation, and the arrangement of seats is such that a lecturer can see and guide each student properly. 
• Besides subject learning, the classrooms provide a better experience through presentations, quizzes, extempore, and more.

Hostel

• Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development hostel has over 700 students (both boys and girls). 
• In the hostel building, each floor has eight clusters with four floors for the student managers. In the hostel, student managers have access to amenities such as drinking water coolers, lockable steel almirahs, and in-room furnishings.
• Besides this, a laundromat is also available for cleaning, pressing, stitching, etc. The hostel also has a doctor providing basic first aid and treating minor ailments and an ambulance to timely aid in an emergency.
• Both male and female candidates can stay in the hostel. The allotment takes place on a first-come-first-serve basis due to limited seats. 

Computer Facilities

• The BIMHRD lab is well equipped with desk-mounted systems supported by 100 MBPS internet cables and leased lines for information exchange and connectivity. 
• The college campus is Wi-Fi enabled with high-speed internet of 100 Mbps speed, providing an opportunity for students to access the web from anywhere throughout the campus.
• These facilities are controlled through the server room, with around 28 servers and more than 2000 nodes.
• BIMHRD has subscribed to several licensed software, the most important of these being the indispensable MS Office 365, the ever-important SAP e-learning software, SQL, and SQSS.

Gym: The institute provides gym facilities for students. The gym employs a full-time trainer to help students with their fitness issues and motivate them to strive better.

Swimming Pool: The college provides the students with a clean swimming pool to relax after and get refreshed after a day of hard work. This pool is maintained, keeping up with the health standards.
