Student Supports Services

1. Hostel Facility : The College has the facility of cost effective separate state of the art hostels both for boys and girls where strict vigilance is maintained for pleasant academic atmosphere. The seats are allotted strictly on merit basis. Some seats are reserved for remote area commuters and SC/ST/OBC students. To avail this facility, students will have to apply separately.
2. The College has a canteen to supply food during working hours.
3. Xerox facility is available in the college. Every student can avail this facility by paying Re.1 per copy.
4. Educational Tours are organized by various departments. The college also organizes excursion annually. To promote awareness of global and comprehensive understanding of educational scenario, Special Educational Tours will be organized by the college under the State Government Scheme. This will be undertaking during autumn recess. The students for these tours will be selected strictly on merit and medical fitness. The number of students for the excursion will be limited to 24, of which two will be ex-officio members of the Students’ Union.
5. Remedial and Special classes are regularly conducted for the benefit of students community.
6. There is a Students Aid Fund of the college for providing financial assistance to the students coming from weaker section of the society. Financial assistance is provided only after proper verification of the student.

Co-curricular Activities

Every regular student of the college is a member of the College Students’ Union. The Students’ Union co-ordinates the participation of the students in co-curricular activities. The Students’ Union publishes annually “Baosian” – the college magazine to promote literaty and creative activity among students’.
