The vast Campus, surrounded by the busy city areas in Chandigarh, has grown over the years into a comprehensive centre of academic activity. Chandigarh has a very good industrial base. There are about 15 medium to large industrial including two in the Public sector. Chandigarh also has over 2500 units, which are registered under small scale sector. The campus accommodates academic blocks, student hostels, staff residences, a Medical Complex, sports fields, swimming pool, and other facilities. It provides a peaceful environment for academic pursuits.

With the addition of academic and other blocks over the years, the facilities at the have grown gradually to meet the expanding requirements of teaching and research. New buildings are being prepared and there is a firm plan of shifting one or two departments in the new building. In order to meet the specific needs and growth of girl student, the accommodation, has been prepared in safe area and near to their academic buildings. The college plans to provide additional academic, residential and other facilities to meet growing future requirements.
