The Training & Placement Cell of Corporate Group of Institutes is headed by the Director of the Institute who is supported by the Training and Placement Officer along with the well qualified permanent trained Staff.

The Training & placement cell is regularly informing students about job openings throughout India and abroad. The cell also organizes activities like resume & job search strategy, workshops and guest presentations.

The placement officer is making sincere efforts to get national and multinational companies to conduct Campus interviews in the Institute & help the students in getting placement opportunities. Leading Industrialists of this region are also providing opportunities for campus interviews.

The Institute is making honest efforts to sign MOUs with various Industries and Research and Development Establishments. These MOUs will enhance the students on Internship training, Placement, Industrial readiness, Professional competencies and also improve their soft skills.

Institute is targeting for MOUs with the Major companies of India like Infosys Technologies, HCL, WIPRO, IBM, Global Services, Cognizant, CSE, CSS, EDS, Syntel, Siemens, Keane, iGATE, iflex, and AIG software. Institute already has an MOU with TCS and Lead X Chennai for different activities.

1. Personality Development Program

This Institute has recently started a Communication and Personality Development Cell, known as PDC Cell with the objective to polish and groom the students to the ground of personality, knowledge, sociability, attitude and skills so as to prepare them for the written tests, interviews and other competitive examinations through regular theory, lecture and practical activities. The Cell consists of the Director of our Institute, Training and Placement Officer, the interested teachers from various departments and the special faculty members appointed for this cell.

Regular Quizzes on English, GDs Logical Reasoning, Mathematics, and General Studies are being organized. The Cell is committed to bring out the best performance of the students in various off campus and on campus drives as well as competitive exams.

2. Soft Skill Development Program

The Humanities Department comprises a team of English language trainers of basic and advance level groom the student on language proficiency skills with audio visual aids. The Program emphasizes on practical & functional English for the real life situation in the world outside class room. The objective of the language course is to understand the communication and its importance, Voice and accent enhancement-Pronunciation, Language enrichment & speech- Fluency grammar, Vocabulary enhancement, Speech Fluency, Listening skills with pre and post assessments. For COMMUNICATION SKILLS we work on the Barriers for Effective Communication like

3. Technical Development Program

Special Training Programs are being organized for the technical skill development of the students. Recently a 45 Days Special Training program was organized for the students to develop their programming skill on C++ and Data Structures.
