Meritorious Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students based on the percentage of qualifying examinations. Further details about the scholarship are tabulated below.

It should be noted that to continue the scholarship from 2nd year onwards, the student must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% every year, with no back papers, UFM, or indiscipline cases.

Uttarakhand Domicile Scholarship

This Scholarship is for the students who hail from Uttarakhand.
Thus 25% scholarship on the tuition fees shall be awarded to the students who have a permanent address in Uttarakhand.

Other Hilly State Domicile Policy

A scholarship of up to 10% per year on academic fees is offered to support meritorious and talented students from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Sikkim, Nagaland, Assam, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh and District Darjeeling, Kalimpong (West Bengal).

Defence Personnel Scholarship

A scholarship of 05% per year on academic fees shall be awarded to the wards of soldiers who lost their lives for the country.

Khel Ratna Scholarship

A scholarship of 5% per year on the academic fee shall be awarded to students with a sporting background.

Beti Padhao Scholarship

A scholarship of 05% per year on the tuition fee is offered for Uttarakhand residents and on the academic fee for students from all over India to support the academic pursuits of meritorious and talented girls.

Scholarships for Higher Programs at DBUU

A scholarship of 10% extra on the Academic fee for the students that are graduating/graduated from DBUU and opting for a higher programme at DBUU (without a gap).

EWS Scholarship

A scholarship of 10% (Per Year) on the Academic fee shall be awarded to the students of the EWS category.

Single Mother Scholarship

A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) extra on the Academic fee shall be awarded to the ward of a single mother.

Scholarship for Orphan Students

A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) extra on the Academic fee shall be awarded to orphan students.

Scholarship for Differently-Abled Students

A scholarship of 5% (Per Year) extra on the Academic fee shall be awarded to the differently abled students.

DBUU Employee Scholarship

A scholarship of 05% (Per Year) extra on the Academic fee will be given to those recommended/referred by the employees of DBUU University.

Early Bird Scholarship

A scholarship of 5% (First Year) up to 5,000 rupees on the total fees shall be awarded to the students on the submission of one semester fee along with other charges before 31st July 2024.

University Special Scholarship

100% scholarship on tuition fee to all the students who are having 95% and above in 12th Standards. They need to maintain a minimum of 95% Marks and the same CGPA to get this scholarship in all years.
70% scholarship on tuition fees to all the students who are having 90% and above in 12th Standards. They need to maintain a minimum of 90% Marks and the same CGPA to get this scholarship in all years.
50% Scholarship on tuition fee in newly added courses and limited seats for EWS Candidates of Uttarakhand Only, if they fulfil the following criteria. (List Attached – Annexure -01)
Family Income Less than 4.5 Lac/Year. (Valid Document required by Competent Authority)A student having 60% Marks in Qualifying exams.
Scholarship/Stipends Rs. 12000/- (For 75%) & 15000/-(for GATE/GPAT) to all students who want to take admission in M.Tech/M.Plan/M.Pharm if they fulfil
following criteria - GATE /GPAT Qualified or 75% In UG and Willing to work as a Teaching Assistant.

Fees & Scholarships : The tuition fee was about 1.1 lacs per annum at my time but it is now increased to 1.2 lacs per annum. The hostel fee depends upon type of rooms.starting from 90000 to 150000

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission in B pharm is based on 12th marks and candidates qualified neet get some scholarship.Also high 12th percentage students get some scholarship.

Academics & Faculty : The course curriculum is extremely followed according to PCI guidelines. The faculties are highly qualified and professionals.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The College has got good infrastructure and development. Location wise also the College is at pollution free location.bus facility is available. Hostel is equipped with all modern facilities like AC

Placements & Internships : The average placement from my college in b pharm is about 2.5 lacks per annum and about 50 percent of students get placed. There is a placement drive which provide good placement for us .

Clubs & Associations : Sports club and students association are present to promote students oath. Sports club include sports like cricket, football, basketball, badminton etc.PINAK is annual cultural event which is very entertaining

Fees & Scholarships : Course fee is Rs. 62,500 per annum. Scholarship facility is also available based on merit. Maximum number of students get scholarship who has scored minimum 50%marks in the entrance exam or in class 12th. Education loan can also be availed.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For eligibility, you need to attain a minimum of 50% marks in class 12 boards and a minimum 50% marks in the entrance exam of university. Scholarships can be availed based on merit.

Placements & Internships : Average salary figures offered by the hiring companies are Rs. 6000 lakh to Rs. 8000 lakh per annum. Companies like swiggy, Herbal tea, etc., hire students from here.

Academics & Faculty : Class timing is from 9:50 am to 4:30 pm. Quality of education is the best here. Well educated teachers are teaching. Their method of teaching is excellent. My overall experience is very good here.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : For boys there are 3 hostels and for girls 1 hostel is available. The hostel fee per month is around Rs. 7000. PGs are also available outside the college. Food is best in mess and the quality of labs and classrooms are best here.

Clubs & Associations : There are many clubs and associations inside the campus like the Bhangra club. The main cultural program here is the annual fest which is of 5 days named as Pinaak. A number of filmstarts have visited the campus as guests of the programs. The overall life i n college is quite good.

Fees & Scholarships : The fee structure is 128500 per year. Scholarship options are available. Yes, loans are available.

Placements & Internships : Some of my seniors who got placements, I could reach out to them with any question I had, and they were always helpful in giving me advice to succeed in my internships.

Academics & Faculty : Class timing is 9:40 am to 4:10 pm. The quality and method of teaching is good. They teach with the help of a projector. The overall experience of this college is very good.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 4 hostels. Hostels are average, and the fee is 80000. PGs and flats are available for students outside college. The quality of classrooms, labs and libraries is very good. WiFi and dining halls are good, and the key structure is also good.

Fees & Scholarships : Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions, Dehradun Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 54,500 per annum. The fee structure at DBGI is very affordable and the scholarship is also available depending on various factors.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For admissions, you have to get a minimum of 55 percent on your boards.

Placements & Internships : The placement and salary packages are quite good.

Academics & Faculty : The quality of teaching at DBGI is very good, also they provide quality education by providing industrial exposure as well. They have well-equipped labs and the infrastructure is also very impressive

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The hostels is like a second home. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. Besides, there are many PGs available near the College. The hostel food is healthy and hygienic.

Fees & Scholarships : Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions, Dehradun Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 1,00,000 per year. The scholarship is available to students who deserve it. The loan gets passed quite easily, the college also helps you to get loans. I would prefer to go either for SBI or PBI for loan applicants.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For taking admission in the bachelor course you must have at least cleared your class 12th. There is no as such entrance exam to take admission in the college. The cut-off percentage for my course is at least 60%.

Placements & Internships : I am presently doing 2 internships in data science both are non-stipend, I got one of them from on-campus placement. Top companies that do come to the college for campus placement are TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Daffodils, etc. The average salary figure is approx 4 LPA while the Highest salary figure is 40 LPA, mostly more than 75% of students in a batch do get placed. The Alumni network is strong and is growing more, we get to interact with our alumni using seminars when they visit the college. Other than that college also organizes events like Alumni meet.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine of the college has been scheduled in a way to keep the students enthusiastic. The college start at about 9:40 am and we do have 7 lecture (including Labs) per day 4 pre-lunch while 3-post lunch. The college gets over by 4:20 pm.The quality of teaching is really good it is designed to make you industry-ready. The faculties are also well qualified and highly skilled. My overall experience in college has been truly great.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are 4 Hostels, 3 for boys and 1 for girls. The hostel fee per month is approximately Rs 7000. The hostels are quite clean, well maintained, and disciplined. The outside college facilities like PG's have proved to be more expensive so I would suggest you take the hostel only. The food provided in the cafeteria, canteen, and mess is hygienic. The quality of classrooms, labs, libraries, dining halls is truly well maintained. The college provides you all the facilities you desire of WiFi -campus, gym, pre-installed software systems in labs, projectors for smart learning, and the Greatest Infrastructure in the whole Town.

Clubs & Associations : Yes, there are a lot of clubs on campus like Literature Club, Theatre Club, Sports Club, Singing Club, Life Skill Club, Technical Club, etc. The main college fest is PINAK, one of the biggest cultural event in town, it is of 5 days, the first day is national level Techfest Navdhara, The second and fourth day is the Celebrity night,3rd day has a Grand Cultural event and 5th day is the Farewell. It takes place in April. The college is also been doing quite well in sports. The college organizes sports week which all kinds of sports like Cricket, FootBall, VolleyBall, Basketball, etc. The college life is amazing and full of fun and learning.
