Here Students are given career coaching, counselling, and training to assist them to acquire job-relevant skills, knowledge, and abilities. They organise job fairs, placement drives, and campus interviews to connect students with possible companies and help students prepare resumes, cover letters, and job applications. The EIILM placement cell collects and delivers information to students about job possibilities, internships, and other career-related events. Mock interviews are conducted and feedback is provided to students to assist them improve their interview abilities. They also have connections with alumni and industry experts to give students with information about employment prospects and trends. EIILM-Kolkata also offers affiliations with worldwide training businesses such as GHRDC, which give students placement counselling and training for more than a year. They hold simulated aptitude exams, group talks, and one-on-one personal interviews with pupils. These seminars assist students in preparing for and being more confident in their appearance for the placement process. The rigorous placement grooming sessions are also responsible for EIILM-Kolkata's 100% placement rate year after year.
