Eligibility Criteria for BA:
- The candidates must finish their 10+2 level from a recognized university.
- The candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in their academics.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Com(Hons):
- The candidates must complete their 10+2 or Equivalent.
- The candidates must have with Economics or Commerce at their 11th and 12th level.
- The candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc:
- For B.Sc in medicals/Botany/Zoology/MicrobiologyPsychology, the candidate must have PCB in their 10+2 as their subject with a minimum of 50% marks.
- For B.Sc in Physics/Mathematics, the candidate must have studied PCM in their 10+2 level with a minimum of 50% marks.
- For B.Sc in Biochemistry/chemistry, the candidates should have studied either PCB/PCM at their 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech:
- To satisfy the eligibility criteria, the candidates must clear their 10+2 with PCM as their subject through JEE/AEEE/HPU or Any Equivalent National Entrance Test.
Eligibility Criteria for MA:
- For admissions into MA(English), the candidates must secure minimum of 50% marks in B.A, B.Sc. with English.
- The candidate must also secure a minimum of 50% marks in Eternal University Entrance Test.
Eligibility Criteria for MBA:
- The candidates with a degree in B.A./B.A(Hons.)/B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Com. B.Tech. M.B.B.S./or another graduation through CMAT or State Level Common Entrance Test are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria for M.Com:
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with 50% Marks.
- The candidate must graduate from a recognized university.
Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc:
- To satisfy the eligibility criteria for M.Sc (Economics), the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degrees with Economics & 50% Marks.
- Candidates with a degree in B.Sc/B.Sc (Hons) are eligible to apply for M.Sc in their respective subjects.
Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:
- The candidates who have a degree in BTech./B.E. with 60 % Marks from recognized University are eligible to apply.
- The candidates who have completed their MCA or MSc. in the relevant field are also eligible to apply.
Application Process:
- The form should be complete in all respects.
- All original certificates should be produced at the time of admission.
Step-wise Instructions to fill the application form:
Step 1: The candidate has to fill in their Personal Information such as:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Father's name
Step 2: The Candidate has to fill in the details regarding their contact information such as:
- Address
- Mobile Number
- E-mail ID
Step 3: The Candidate has to fill in information regarding their Educational Qualification:
- Details regarding the year of completing the course.
- Details regarding the Percentage marks scored.
- The school/university studied in.
- Details regarding the Board of education.
Step 4: The candidate must submit the application forms to the college, in their respective office:
- The application form would be purchased by paying a nominal fee.
- The application must be duly filled in with all the required details and submitted at the office.
- All the shortlisted applicants would then be called for interview.
Step 4: The Candidate has to sign the Declaration given by the college as the Last process
Documents to be enclosed with the admission form:
- Matriculation certificate, 12th standard certificate, and character certificate duly attested.
- Migration certificate.
- Medical certificate.
- 5 pictures of the student, one each of mother, father, and guardian.
- JEE/GATE/CMAT/HPTU
- Proof of residence like aadhar card, ration card, voter card etc.
- Indemnity bond on stamp paper of Rs. 50 as per Performa given in the prospects.
- An affidavit by the student as well as the parents/guardians for hostel facilities as given in the prospect on stamp paper of Rs 50 each.
- Certificates relating to SC/ST/BC/Physically handicapped/outstanding sports person etc.
- Undertakings/certificates as per the prospectus.
Admission Process:
- The Candidates should fill the admission form given in the prospectus or may also download the form from the University website.
- Candidates who have downloaded the form from the website should send it duly filled along with a D.D of Rs. 500/- in favor of Eternal University, Baru Sahib, payable at State Bank Of India.
- Candidates who have purchased the prospectus and taken the form need not attach DD.
- Admission form along with all the Undertakings and Affidavits duly filled in is required to be sent to the Registrar after it is signed and attested by the appropriate authority.
