GGTU Infrastructure: Library, Labs, Cafeteria & Other Facilities

GGTU infrastructure offers modern amenities to students for a better learning experience. The campus is equipped with a library, sports facilities, computer lab, common room, canteen, etc. More details regarding the Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara infrastructure are given below.

Classrooms: The GGTU infrastructure has a well-developed and fully equipped wifi enables e-class with e-podium, projector, LED TV, Mike, and Audio System. It has a seating capacity of 130 audiences.

Girls Common Room: The Govind Guru Tribal University infrastructure has a large, comfortable common space to facilitate female students. This area has been created to provide female students with a place to unwind, study, and engage in casual conversations when they have free time. Girls have access to a common room in the college where they can relax, study, and have fun.

The room has power, Wi-Fi, and a drinking water facility. It also has an adjacent bathroom with a vending machine for sanitary napkins. The space is well-ventilated, well-lit, tidy, and clean to give users a welcoming environment. For leisure reading, there are daily newspapers, magazines, periodicals, and journals accessible. 

Library: The GGTU has a separate library with an area of 715.33 square meters. The library committee and its members examine the academic and physical needs of the library. The library resources are designed with the goal of assisting students in meeting their learning objectives in mind. A total of 76,048 books—52,569 in the general area, 4,780 in the book bank, 15128 in the UGC section—as well as subscriptions to nine journals, 62 periodicals, and eight Hindi- and English-language newspapers—are housed there. It can accommodate 200 students at a time. The GGTU library also features automation equipment.

Sports Facilities: GGTU infrastructure has a Department of Physical Education. It is a centre for molding intellectually enriched, emotionally balanced and physically strong young men and women. The university offers sports facilities like:

Computer Lab: The Computer labs has computers with internet facilities to the faculty members and students. For the efficient operation of all administrative technological tasks, each department has its own computer, printer, and internet connection. Computers, printers, and internet access are also provided for the academic, accounting, and establishment sections to ensure efficient operation.
