Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication is a state university which was established in the year 2012 by the Rajasthan Government. HJUJ was named after the late Haridev Joshi, an illustrious former Chief Minister of Rajasthan. The University is one of the best universities for media studies and communication. HJUJ offers courses in graduate, postgraduate and doctoral level in journalism and mass communication. HJUJ objective is to educate and train the students to become fully integrated members of today's media industry. HJUJ believes that along with curiosity, imagination, and courage the practical experience and intellectual knowledge also counts toward excellence in media. It focuses on building a responsible journalism in the country. HJUJ campus is well equipped with the Library, Studio, Computer Lab and other facilities.
