HPNLU infrastructure is spread over 10 acres. The university offers modern amenities for a better learning experience. The campus provides an array of facilities like a cafeteria, hostel, library, medical facilities, etc. Some of the highlighting features of the Himachal Pradesh National Law University infrastructure are listed below.

Library: HPNLU campus consists of a library that has books, journals, research etc. The students of the institution can visit the library anytime they please for a calm and serene environment to relax their minds. The HPNLU library collection includes an impressive collection of encyclopedias & digests, commentaries, legislative & constitutional material, reports, proceedings, and treatises.

Hostel: HPNLU hostel facilities are available for both girls and boys. It offers both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms. The hostel amenities include lights, WiFi, a water cooler, newspapers and magazines, communal areas, and CCTV cameras. No one is permitted to leave the institution grounds without the warden's approval.

Transport: The HPNLU offers two cars- an Innova and one Toyota Etios. Additionally, a bus is also available for the student's activities such as visits to the court, legal programs, and clinics. It is well connected via HRTC bus services.

Cafeteria: The HPNLU infrastructure includes a cafeteria that is often a place for the staff and the students to relax with their friends while eating.  The cafeteria has numerous stalls from where the students can buy their meals.

Sports Facilities: HPNLU facilities include sports facilities, built courts, and a cutting-edge gym on the intuition grounds. Students can choose to use the gym alongside other sports amenities that are provided by the institution.

Medical Facilities: Civil Hospital, Dhami, is a multi-specialty hospital that is only a couple of kilometers away from the Himachal Pradesh National Law University. For any emergency circumstance, the university's inhabitants have round-the-clock access to ambulance services from the hospital.
