The deparment of HR is engaged in a conitnuous process of putting all its efforts to having regular rapport with industries and MNC's to provide the students industrial visits, training programmmes llike CRT, soft skills, industrial exposure and 100% placements assistance for eligible students by conducting campus drives. The college has entered into an MOU with ECIL cerfication franchisee and MONSTER college to conduct training programmes,seminars, work shops and other activities to equip the students with competence and employable skills. It has a dynamic full time placement wing who looks all the needs of the sudents. At the end of the training programme a student is condident and ready to face any on campus and offf campus interviews. They regularly asses the quality of the students by riving assignments and tests designed by the experts. we are also regularly conduct workshops regarding small scale industries since their establishment and the processof getting Bank support. Group discussions, resume writing, mock interviews and conducting seminars, technical Quiz and paper presentations have become part of the academics.
