The IIKM Business School's on-campus recruiting programme allows corporations to interview their students for permanent positions and internships conveniently. Over the years, instructors, recruiters, and students have collaborated to develop a procedure that aims to maximize the interests of all stakeholders in the placement process. The MBA placement season runs from December to March. Project internship placements begin in December and end in March with graduation placements. Companies are invited to recruit in various slots according to the students' preferences, and IIKM employs a cohort-based method of placements. IIKM Business School Placement Cell 

The placement committee of IIKM oversees all placement efforts and serves as a link between the organization and the students. The Center for Career Coaching and Mentoring (CCM) at IIKM Business School is the first of its type in India, supporting both students and professionals. It is a student-centered development innovation that improves performance by administering assessment instruments followed by individual coaching using psychometric analysis.

IIKM Business School Internship 

The Summer Internship Program (SIP) is designed to broaden students' perspectives by exposing them to real-world organizational situations. Internships throughout the summer are a vital part of the academic programme. The Summer Internship is a 10 to 12-week programme that puts students' learning to the test. These internships provide students with hands-on experience in the corporate world across various industries. During these internships, students work on projects with the help of senior executives from the company (project guides). In addition, Institute mentors (Faculty Guides) communicate with the students weekly. The internship's goal is to provide students with hands-on experience in a specific area. It offers many possibilities for students to develop and challenge ideas learned in the first year. It also helps students be more open to market needs and decide on a concentration area in the second year.
