Infrastructure Details of Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati, [IIITG] Guwathi:

The campus is positioned on a sixty-seven-acre plot, four km from Guwahati airport, at the National Highway. Hostels for 400 boys and 100 ladies are ready, as are 48 flats for faculty. A 9200 sq. Academic-cum-Administration constructing will house all of the Institute’s activities. Besides those buildings, there is a treated water supply system, an electric-powered substation with backup generators, and a decentralized sewage disposal system.

• The labs are well equipped with the latest hi-tech gadgets.
• Various club based events are organized which include Robotics club, Programming club & Quiz club.

Sports Facilities:

• A number of sporting activities like basketball, football, badminton which inculcate in them a spirit to participate, compete, and win.
• The annual techno-cultural-sports fest named “Yuvaan” is conducted for the students every year to showcase their skills.
• Students are also encouraged to take part in various IIIT/institutes sports events.
