The institute is currently operating from its transit campus located at Sadumbre, Tal. Maval, Pune. The IIIT-P institute will move onto to its own campus, spread over 100 acres located at Nanoli Tarf Chakan.

• The library has a membership to the World e-book library and South Asian Achieve
• The library has been automated with I SLIM software
• It also provides services like book search, reservation, renewal, and account checking details

• Networked computing environment with Linux and Windows
• FPGA development boards, Analog interface device
• High-grade front-end back-end design
• It houses 20 Desktop PCs with a dedicated server
