Computer Lab
- The institute has a well-equipped, cutting-edge computer lab that can accommodate at least 35 students at a time.
- Individual PC stations allow faculty to focus on each students learning outcomes separately and provide corrective coaching for the desired level of practise and perfection.
- LCD projectors, multimedia, overhead projectors, and CDs on each subject area are just a few of the audio-visual aids that faculty members use to provide students with a more effective learning environment.
Food Production
- IHM Lucknow is well-equipped to teach culinary skills to students.
- The Basic Training Kitchen (B.T.K.) serves as a foundation for the new graduates.
- The Quantity Training Kitchen (Q.T.K.) is used for bulk cooking processes, with different regional Indian cuisines as a base for 2nd-year students.
- The Advance Training Kitchen (A.T.K.) is used to further enhance culinary arts skills, with international cuisine facilitating the same.
- All kitchens have a bakery and confectionary facility, and a separate bakery lab is available for hands-on practise demonstrations.
F&B Service
- The food & beverage department consists of three air-conditioned restaurants and bars that can accommodate 150-200 people.

Front Office
- The front office lab is located on the ground floor and has a well-equipped reception and lounge that caters to the training needs of first, second, and third-year students in the front office core area.

House Keeping
- A well-kept Hong Kong laboratory for the preparation of area cleaning activities, class demonstrations, and discussions.
- Fully functional laundry with industrial laundry machines. Used for in-house linen and staff uniforms training as well as laundering.
- A room is kept for the in-house linen inventory.
- There are two well-designed guest rooms for training in-room cleaning processes as well as accommodating institute guests.
