Institute of Insurance and Risk Management Hyderabad placement cell offers training to the students before the beginning of placement season. IIRM organizes many company-specific programs. The training programs at IIRM are designed to keep in mind the requirements of the companies.
Campus recruiting campaigns are organised by inviting recruiters from various industries, from the private sector, to fill entry-level employment (the majority starts as Management Trainees). Industry-specific and functional-area-specific placement assistance are available.

The Placement Office acts as an interface between the Institute and the Industry. Based on the valuable inputs from the Industry Mentors, those inputs are adopted looking at the potential development of the pursuant students on campus and future prospects.
As per the need, the inputs are made part of the curriculum, special training/workshops, and Pre-Placement Training in grooming students for their Industry preparedness (for first year’s) and Industry Readiness (for final years).
