Overview
Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University, established by the Jharkhand Government on October 3, 2016, is UGC-recognized. It is the first university in Jharkhand and the third in India to offer certificate, diploma, and degree programs in police science and internal security. Currently, it operates from the Old Judicial Academy building in Ranchi (SKIPA campus) while its permanent campus is under development on 75 acres near Khunti, 30 km from Ranchi.
