Scholarship Based on Last Qualifying Exam

This scholarship is rewarded based on the performance of the candidate in the last qualifying exam at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. More details for the scholarship have been tabulated below.

Sports Merit Scholarship

In order to avail of this scholarship, the candidates should fall between the age group of 17 to 26 years. Further, they should represent the institute or the university at the state or national level sports tournaments or championships, Inter-University Tournaments, Competitions at the All India level, and so on.

They must commit to continuing sports as a long term academic career and should produce the undertaking for the same in order to avail this scholarship. Further details have been mentioned in the table below.

Anand Rathi Scholarship

The candidates should have secured an average percentage of 70% and above throughout the 10th, 12th, and graduation levels. Further, their annual family income should not be greater than INR 5 Lakhs. More details about this K J Somaiya School of Education has been tabulated below.

Benevolent Scholarship

The annual family income of the applicant should not be more than INR 5 Lakhs. Also, the applicants must demonstrate proven financial need and should be able to produce proof of their financial income.

Candidates who are currently enrolled in any course of the institution and have maintained a minimum attendance of 75% and a CGPA of 6.5 across all the semesters are eligible to apply. The detailed information for this scholarship has been mentioned in the table below.

Academic Merit Scholarship

• Only first-year students who have been admitted to a particular course at the KJ Somaiya School of Education are eligible to apply.
• The candidates should carry documents like an EWS Certificate, Aadhar Card, Bank Statement for the Last 6 Months, Proof of Residence, and Marksheet for the entrance examination like PERA-CET, MHT-CET, and CUET.
• They should produce them at the time of verification in order to avail of this scholarship.

Merit-Based Scholarship for Top 10 Percentile Students

• For the students who are currently enrolled in any UG program at the K J Somaiya School of Education, a minimum of 95% marks in 10th, 11th, and 12th is required to avail of this scholarship.
• For the candidates enrolled in the PG course at the K J Somaiya School of Education, 95% or above in graduation is required to be secured.
• The family income of the aspirant should be less than INR 15 Lakhs per annum.
• Only the candidates enrolled in the first year of any undergraduate or postgraduate course at the  K J Somaiya School of Education are eligible.
• Upto 100% scholarship on the total fee is provided to the deserving students.

Economically Weaker Section Scholarship

This scholarship aims to provide financial aid to the economically weaker section of society. The family income of the students who belong to the EWS category should be less than INR 8 Lakhs in order to be eligible to apply for this scholarship.
