B.D.S is a course offered at the UG level and has various specializations offers under it. Both BDS and MDS degrees are approved by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, recognized by the Dental Council of India, and granted by The Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University. The duration of the BDS program is four years plus one-year compulsory rotatory internship. During this period, the student is required to be engaged in full-time study at this institution. BDS	Candidates must qualify in 10+2 / A level / IB / American 12th grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology, and English individually, from a recognized Board A minimum of 50 % marks individually in Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology / Biotechnology is required

MDS is a course offered at the PG level. The M.D.S. program is a three year course. All departments are adequately furnished with necessary equipment and facilities as per the DCI requirements.
