The Assistant manager H.R. Mr. SatyeshPati of IBN Global Process Services, the B.P.O. Sector 25A, DLF Phase II Gurgaon, Haryana arm of IBN had a talk with the Principal Dr. Shamla Nair regarding Recruitment drive of college students in his firm.

Accordingly Dr. Nair instructed the convenor of placement cell of the college Dr. M. Datalkar to coordinate the recruitment and placement activities  for the benefit of final year students of Arts, Commerce, Science, Home Science and B.Tech. Home Science students of the college.

The recruitment drive was schedule to be held on 12December 2012 in the Conference Hall. Total 60 students of various disciplines of the college had attended the recruitment drive.

An interactive session was conducted by Deputy Manager HR Mr. SatyeshPati for the students. He briefed the students regarding the nature, scale, size, activities and scope of the IBN Global Process Services for which the recruitment was to be done. He satisfactorily answered the quarries raised by students.

It was then followed by the actual recruitment process. In the first phase students submitted their resumes. The aptitude test was given to the students to judge their likes and dislikes. In the second phase of personal interview was conducted.

Students were very much enthusiastic for this placement activity.  They responded overwhelmingly. The students were very happy with this opportunity and like to work with Multi National Company and an exposure to its work style and environment. Following students were placed.
