Infrastructure
The institute’s infrastructure is well furnished and provides its students with all the modern facilities. All the classrooms are well equipped with the latest equipments. The Institute has a well-stocked library. tI has a number of books related to the different courses. It subscribes to Indian and Foreign journals. The institute organizes special guest lectures by the eminent personalities from the industry. Special knowledge is provided to the students on portfolio development and presentation techniques by the experts and the professionals in the workshops organized by the Institute. The students get opportunities to participate and design exhibitions, fashion shows, seminars, talk shows, etc.
Campus
The Northeast Institute of Fashion Technology is situated in Guwahati - the capital of Assam, also known as the gateway to the northeast. The premises are at Bora Service Bylane, G.S.Road and the commercial hub of the city.
Students are given special inputs on portfolio development and presentation techniques by industry professional through workshops organized by the Institute.
The institute has well developed library with books including topline titles. It subscribes to Indian and Foreign Journals. The library has copies of much sought after books and current and earlier issues of important journals.
