Library

The college has a well equipped computerised library under the charge of an experienced librarian. The College library and the Reading Room will remain open from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. on all working days to both teaching staff and students.

A lending card will be issued to each student towards taking books from the library. The lending card will be retained by the librarian at the time of issue of books and the students concerned will be held responsible till the books are returned in proper forms and to the college library.

A Reading Room Card will be issued to each student. It will be retained by the Librarian at the time of issue of books in the Reading Room. The card will be returned to the student before the close of the Library on the same day.

The timing for issue of books to students of different classes will be decided by the Librarian.

No noise or loud talking shall be allowed inside the Library.

No student will be allowed to take out more than 2 books at a time.

Any book lost, damaged or defaced must be replaced by the reader.

Before a student is allowed to collect his/her admit card for the Final Examination or to withdraw his/her name from the college he/she will be required to produce a Library Clearance Certificate to be issued by the Librarian. The college office will see that this rule is strictly observed.
