Library: The Rabindra Bharati University library has around 120500 books, 2550 bound volume journals, 800 theses, conference papers, reports, and rare books in its collection. There are two types of books: general books and reference books. General literature can be borrowed by students, research scholars, teachers, and other library users, but reference books must be read within the library walls.

Hostels: Rabindra Bharati University has five student hostels, two for boys (one for SC/ST boys) and three for girls. Another boys' hostel is now under construction. The boys' hostel has a total capacity of 145 boarders, while the ladies' hostel has a capacity of 50 boarders. The Rabindra Bharati University hostel does not guarantee accommodations to all outstation students.

Canteen: There are two subsidised student canteens, one on each campus. Apart from this, the campus also has a staff canteen.

Health Care Centre: Rabindra Bharati University infrastructure has a medical unit to provide excellent medical care to students, professors, and non-teaching personnel. Employees and students can visit the clinic for a general health checkup, including taking measurements for weight, blood pressure, height, and blood sugar. We also offer a variety of emergency services. In addition, the university has hired a general physician (12 pm to 4 pm) on all working days.

Guest Houses: ICCR Scholarship holders from other countries are accommodated at the guest house in addition to university guests.
