Scholarship details

Donations are provided to the poor, backward class and minority students by the government.

The provisions for scholarship provided by the state government and the university are:

(A)   On the basis of Intermediate examination following scholarships are paid to such students as have stood first in the Intermediate Examination:-

(i)                 National Meritorious Scholarship.

(ii)               State Meritorious Scholarship.

(iii)             Special State Meritorious Scholarship.

(iv)              Teacher/ Son Scholarship.

(v)                Meritorious-cum-Poor boy Scholarship are payable to those students whose father, annual income is less than Rs. 8000/- and have obtained not less than 60% marks.

(B)         On the basis of marks obtained in the Intermediate Examination following       scholarships are provided.

(i)                 National Meritorious Scholarship.

(ii)               State Meritorious Scholarship.

(iii)             Meritorious-cum-Poor boy Scholarship.

All the above scholarships are given on the basis of marks obtained in the B.Sc./B.A. Examinations

Poor students can apply for economical aid when they are devoid of the above scholarships such students are provided aid by the principal only when fund is available in the poor boy fund. For more information consult the assistant.
