Placements & Internships :
I was a part of two internship programs. The first one is a month-long internship which happens in Ajmer itself. The next one happens right at the commencement of the second year. You're sent to one of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, which could be situated in Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, or Himachal Pradesh. This one lasts for about 3.5 months.
Academics & Faculty :
The classes are conducted regularly. Internships and the workshops are taken very seriously over here.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities :
It has 5 hostels at the moment. Another one is under construction. The mess food is nightmarish, but you'll get used to it. They have a good library where one can easily find all the relevant books and journals. Every student gets free wifi upon registration.
Clubs & Associations :
Once you're accustomed to it, life seems fun here. The peaceful evenings at Ana Sagar Lake become addictive. Boys can move about freely, whenever they feel like. Girls can only leave campus for 3 hours on weekdays (5 pm-8 pm) and 7 hours on weekends.
Holi celebration in the hostel is something to look forward to, although it comes with some absurd set of rules which may seem annoying to the girls.
