The step-by-step guidelines and processes for Royal College of Science and Technology admission are given below. The admission fee for various programmes is based on RCST fee structure.

  • You will get a “Reference Number” and “Password”.
  • You can make any change by using the “Ref. No.” and “Password” within 24 hours and before the submission of form within the resource centre.
  • If you would like to form any change after 24 hours, you've got to form a fresh application.
  • If the shape is deposited within the Resource Centre, you can't make any change and if you create another application, both the forms are going to be rejected. If you are doing this you'll not get admission this year.
  • Click on “Print College and Applicant Copy”.
  • You will get 2 pages of college copy and 1-page applicant Copy.
  • Paste a color passport size photograph on the school Copy.
  • Put your signature on the front of the photograph.
  • Put your and your parent's signature on the required place.
  • Attach the Xerox copies (Self Certified) of the documents mentioned within the college copy. The candidate is to write down “Submitted by me” on the xerox copies and put signature.
  • Only computer-generated form shall be accepted.
  • DTP or the other sort of application shall be rejected.
  • Deposit both the “College Copy” and therefore the “Applicant Copy” at any of the SAMS Resource Centre everywhere Odisha.
  • Pay INR 100/- for the first option and INR 50/- for every additional option at the Resource Centre. Also, the applicant must pay INR 20/- towards postal expenses. The Resource Centre will return you the “Applicant Copy” with a “Money Receipt cum index (MRIN)”. The MRIN are going to be helpful for further correspondence.
