Library:

SSIT library is a treasure house of knowledge. It has a wide range of standard text books and reference books encompassing different topics and titles by well-known authors. Every effort is taken to obtain all titles recommended by the faculty. Multiple copies of popular books are also bought to make them available as many as possible to the students.
Electronic learning (or e- learning) facility is also provided to facilitate better understanding of the subjects. Digital library enables the students to access all the e-resources within seconds and brings in latest updates and technological developments throughout the world.

Laboratories:

SSIT provides students with a wealth of hands-on learning opportunities, featuring numbers of laboratories where students can get first-hand experience in many of engineering areas like digital signal processing, robotics, microelectronics to welding, computer lab, mechanical lab etc.

Hostel:

Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. Tidy rooms and hygienic facilities make for an ideal stay away from home ambience. The hostels also have a recreation hall, multi-gym facility and provision for a variety of indoor games for the students. Students in the hostels have access to everyday conveniences including telephones and enjoy the luxury of watching a film every weekend. The mess facilities in the hostels are designed to meet international hygiene standards. Steam cookers and sterilised equipment are used to prepare wholesome, healthy food. A mineral water plant is operated within the campus and has a well-maintained RO facility. This water is used for cooking, drinking and is available throughout the campus.

Canteen:

Canteen can conveniently accommodate a 500 students at a time, functioning in the campus. The canteen is provided with modern furniture and electrical automatic cooking and storing facilities, which provides hot lunch, snacks and beverages both to the students and staff at reasonable rates. It is well maintained with efficient service and a take away counter. The College has a Canteen inside the campus in which variety of dishes are available at reasonable rates. The canteen remains open on all working days. Beverages of different flavors are served on different days according to different seasons.
