Shri Ram College of Commerce offers various scholarships and financial aid to eligible students. Scholarships are announced on the notice boards and college website announcements. More details about the SRCC scholarship are given below.

Aabhaas Hajela Memorial Scholarship

  • In remembrance of Aabhaas Hajela, a former college student from the PwD category has established a 25,000 per year scholarship.
  • The student must be admitted to the PwD category for the B.Com (Hons.) course.
  • A scholarship will be given to a student in semester V who is the overall topper of the I, II, III, and IV semesters.
  • In a tie, the top four scores from class XII shall be considered.

CB Gupta Scholarship

  • A need-cum-merit scholarship of Rs. 12,000 is given to a first-year B.Com student (Hons).

Need-Based Scholarships

  • SRCC awards need-cum-merit scholarships of Rs 12,000 per annum to economically disadvantaged B.Com (Hons), BA (Hons) Economics, and M.Com (Hons) Economics students.
  • The fund for the Shri Ram College of Commerce scholarships is raised through a collection from college students.

Envision Scholarship

  • The envision scholarship worth Rs. 18,000 per annum is given to a student in the third year of B.Com (Hons) who achieves the highest grades in the second year.
  • In a tie, it will be awarded to the student who received the higher aggregate marks in the previous qualifying university/ board examination.
  • Even if the student receives other scholarships, the topper scholarship is awarded.

Kanwar Lal Memorial Scholarship 

  • A B.Com (Hons) or BA (Hons) Economics student would receive a need-cum-merit scholarship of Rs 12,000 per annum.
  • A B.Com (Hons) or BA (Hons) Economics student who receives 60 percent or more in Business Communication or Compulsory Language will be given the SRCC scholarship (English).

Manoj Kumar Memorial Scholarship

  • A need-cum-merit scholarship of Rs. 12,000 is offered to a B.Com third-year student (Hons).
  • Qualifying grades of 60 percent in Microeconomics I and II in University examinations will determine merit.

MC Shukla Scholarship

  • For B.Com (Hons) II year students with an average of at least 65 percent in the previous two-semester examinations and a minimum of 75 percent attendance in the previous year, two need-cum-merit scholarships of Rs 12,000 each per annum are offered.

Prem Handa Memorial Scholarship 

  • A need-based scholarship of Rs. 12,000 per annum is given to a third-year B.Com student (Hons.).

Pt. Kanahya Lal Dayawanti Punj Scholarship

  • A need-based scholarship of Rs. 12,000 per year is given to a second-year B.Com student (Hons.).

SRCC Alumni Association Scholarship

  • One need-based, merit-based scholarship of Rs. 12,000 each year for a first-year B.Com (Hons) or BA (Hons) Economics student.
  • The SRCC scholarship will be renewed in the second and third years if the student maintains a grade point average of at least 60% in the previous two semesters.

SRCC Student Union Scholarship

  • There are two need-cum-merit scholarships at Rs 12,000 each for students in their second year.
  • The scholarships will be given to B.Com (Hons) and BA (Hons) Economics students.

Sultan Chand Trust Scholarship

  • Two annual scholarships of Rs. 12,000 apiece for best students in the first and second years of B.Com (Hons.). Even if the student already has a scholarship, the scholarships will be given to the highest student (s).
  • These scholarships are exclusively available to second and third-year students.

TS Grewal Scholarship 

  • A B.Com (Hons) 2nd-year student who has received an average of at least 65 percent in the preceding two-semester examinations is awarded one need-cum-merit scholarship of Rs. 12,000 per annum.

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Foundation Scholarship

  • The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Foundation in Japan grants 12 undergraduate students each a scholarship of US $ 420.
  • The Shri Ram College of Commerce scholarship is merit-based and will be given to students in their first, second, and third years.
  • Each of the three years will have three students from B.Com (Hons) Economics and one from BA (Hons) Economics.
  • Scholarships will be awarded based on a 75 percent weighting of previous examination results and a 25 percent weighting of interview performance.
  • SRCC scholarships will be offered to students regardless of whether they are already receiving a scholarship.
  • This scholarship will be considered for students from all categories. 

Terms and Conditions

  • The annual household income shall not exceed Rs. 6,00,000 per year.
  • In the selection process, merit and need are accorded equal weight.
