Eligibility criteria at Siddhartha Law College, Dehradun

Eligibility criteria for BA LLB:

• The candidate must have completed 10+2 in any discipline.
• The candidate must have passed with min 45% marks for General and OBC Category
• A relaxation of 40% will be given for SC/ST.

Eligibility criteria for BBA LLB:

• The candidate must have completed 10+2 in any discipline.
• The candidate must have passed with min 45% marks for General and OBC Category
• A relaxation of 5% will be given for SC/ST (min 40% aggregate).

Eligibility criteria for LLB:

• The candidate must have completed graduation in any discipline.
• The candidate must have passed with min 45% marks for General and OBC Category
• A relaxation of 5% will be given for SC/ST (min 40% aggregate).

Eligibility criteria for LLM:

• The candidate must have completed LL.B.
• The candidate must have passed with min 55% marks for General Category
• A relaxation of 5% will be given for SC/ST (min 50% aggregate).

Application Process at Siddhartha Law College, Dehradun

Application Process for BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLB, LLM:

Instructions for filling the on-line registration form and making on-line payment of registration fee:

• The candidates must log onto the official website of the college.
• Then must click "Apply Now" under "Admissions" tab.
• Then the application form will appear on the screen. Fill in your details in the registration form.
• The candidate must fill in the details in the registration form.
• Then must click on the "submit" button.
• The candidate is requested to keep payment details ready, which may be Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Demand Draft/NEFT/RTGS/Direct payment into Bank account.

Payment Receipt:

• Registration fees is Rs. 5000/.
• A processing fee of Rs 50/- shall be charged from the students in case of payment through Debit card/Credit card and Internet Banking and the total sum to be submitted is Rs. 5050/- (Non-Refundable).
• A receipt will be generated online once the payment is confirmed and the candidate will receive payment confirmation mail.
• Then the on-line registration process is complete.

NOTE: Candidates are advised to take a printout of their profile and keep it safely for their own record & future reference.

Admission process at Siddhartha Law College, Dehradun

Admission Process for BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLB, LLM:

Admission shall be based on the following criteria:

• Marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
• CLAT Score.
• Aptitude Test and Interview conducted by Siddhartha Law College.
• Weightage shall be given to extraordinary performers in the above-mentioned criteria.
• 100% atttendance is mandatory whereas 75% attendance is to appear in the end-term University exams.

If the candidate fills all the above criteria and is selected, the he/she can seek admission by paying the admission fee.
