Training and Placement Cell :-

The college has well-equipped and organized placement cell which is in constant touch with the industry and essentially keeps the students informed about the requirements and developments in different industrial sectors regarding the career opportunities available. The Placement Cell of the college comprises of the Placement Coordinator and the Faculty and Students’ Placement Committee.

Activities :-

• To develop the students’ interpersonal and technical skills
• To groom the student community with respect to work opportunities, career growth etc., through orientation lectures by the respective domain experts from Industries, corporate and other R&D institutions.
• To organize and conduct group discussions, personality development sessions, communication skills classes, Aptitude tests, mock interviews and interview management tips as a part of the curriculum
• To discuss with colleagues and mentors from various industries the relationship between theory and practice and reflect on ways in which that can help students to plan their future.
• To make an effective contribution to the learning process which helps in developing critical but pragmatic thinking among the students.
• To impart the knowledge of a business / organization, its structure, products or services and how it remains viable.
• To establish continuous liaison with corporate      house and government undertaking for industrial training and for campus placement
• To counsel the students as regards to his/her career aspirations and options
• To help the students in getting their 'dream' job but also assists the      visiting companies in identifying the 'right' candidate for their organization.
• To create utilities in the student which are desired by a cross-section of the industry
• To be able to provide jobs both full-time and part-time for all the students.
