Spacious, fully air-conditioned and echo-proof lecture and seminar halls facilitate excellent teaching-learning process. They are provided with modern audio-visual systems including OHP, LCD Projectors and internet connection. Micro-Phones on all students desks, integrated with the AV system allow easier communication. Each lecture hall accommodates 60 students.
Computer
Technology has qualitatively enhanced our lives making it crisp and brisk and computers are the most visible benefits of technology. They can improve any aspect of life. Our Computer Center, thus, has a very important role in the lives of our students, faculty members and academic staff. In addition to the computing resourcefulness offered by computers, in today`s times, computers also connect us to the outside world.
Computers open doors to a vast virtual space full of extensive information on almost every subject. Hence, our Computer Center is equipped with fast computers and a fast Internet connection, using the latest software. We have, in all, four laboratories that come under the umbrella of our Computer Center, and these contain a total of over 120 duel core workstations that are networked using the Windows NT and Linux platforms. Library
The college library maintains a very high standard. The total number of books in the library is approx. 1200. It, however, includes variety of excellent books in various areas. The library contains text books on ‘Management’ as well as other subjects, reference books (Dictionaries, Encyclopedias on different subjects, Atlas etc.) and general books. The library subscribes to Journals on HR, Finance, Marketing & other Science & Arts subjects. The collection also includes back volumes of Journals, Magazines, Career guidance books and News bulletins about employment. Apart from the borrowing facility, the library has reading room facility also. The students are dependent upon the library for their requirement related to all courses and the collection is sufficient to support their needs. The library is also fully computerized.
Canteen
The energy in an individual depends a lot on what he eats. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body. We, at SSGI, understand this important aspect of human life. Hence, the cafeteria and students mess at SSGI serve menus that are designed by a team of professional dieticians, comprising of nutritious and wholesome food to ensure a well balanced diet.
Conference Hall
A fully air conditioned conference hall with all the modern facilities provides an ideal and comfortable facility to hold important events which engage a large audience. The Conference Hall provides the right ambience for national & international programmes, seminars and conferences.
Hostel
The SSGI Boys hostel is centrally located in the campus. The hostel is provided with 20 spacious and well furnished rooms which can accommodate near about 40 students. The hostel has Mess facility and recreation facilities like TV room, indoor games and scenic rose garden in the premises of the campus. The hostel is built in campus. The Hostel provides accommodation for the students (boys) of PGDM. The rooms are allotted on the twin sharing basis.
The reservation in the Hostel is as per the SSGI reservation policy. All selected students of the SSGI who need hostel accommodation will be required to apply in the prescribed application form obtainable from the accounts office. The admission in the hostel is in accordance with the first cum first serve basis.
Transport
The Institute operates bus services to pick and drop the students from select destinations of Lucknow city.
