I had the opportunity to work at a budding startup as a marketing intern, and my stipend was INR 2000 per month. Companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst & Young, PWC, JP Morgan, Google, Zomato, United bank of Switzerland, Verity Solutions, Axis Bank, Citi Bank, ICICI Bank, HSBC, HDFC Bank, Swiss Re, Oyo Rooms, D E Shaw, Reckitt Benckiser, MuSigma, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Infosys, Viacom 18, Ogilvy, ICRA, MGH, Mckinsey, Boston Consultancy, Sony India Ltd, Titan, ITC, ZS Associates, Zomato, Addidas, Uber, Grofers, and Cognizant visited for campus placements. Many students are placed through on-campus and off-campus interviews from departments like B.Com, BBA, M.Com, Economics ( Hons.), Mathematics (Hons.), Biotechnology, English(Hons.), Statistics (Hons.), Political Science(Hons.), and Computer Science with the annual CTC ranged from INR 3 lakh to INR 20.5 Lakhs. St. Xavier's College, Kolkata has a strong Alumni network consisting of some very well known names like Lakshmi Mittal, Sourav Ganguly, Leander Paes, Sanjeev Goenka, Vijay Mallya, and many more.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for this course are graduation with 12 years of regular education. The admission procedure was I had to apply online, then there was an interview. The college will be the selection based on your interview round. There is no mandatory entrance exam for this course. The typical cutoff for the course is 50% or more marks in graduation.

Fees & Scholarships : St Xavier's College, [SXC] Kolkata Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 50,000 per annum. Loans are not needed for this course.

Academics & Faculty : The course faculties are experienced and well qualified on the concerned subjects. The quality and method of teaching are great. The overall experience in college is enriching.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The classrooms are nice and large with Wi-Fi and air conditioners. We have labs, libraries, and a huge canteen. The food is good and quite reasonable. Yes, there is hostel accommodation for students who are coming from other cities.

Clubs & Associations : There are various student societies, clubs, and associations on campus like Xaverian Commerce Society (XCS), Xaverian Management Society (XMS), Xaverian Academy of Dance and Music many more such clubs. St. Xavier's College organizes the annual national-level cultural fest called Xavotsav. Xavotsav is Eastern India's largest cultural festival. Xavotsav: The annual national-level cultural fest organized by St. Xavier's College is an exciting college fest that is sponsored by popular brands such as Jet Airways and Skybags. It hosts various events such as treasure hunts, music shows, concerts, and dance performances. It is a three-day college festival usually held at the end of January of every year.
