Campus:

The Campus of Sudharsan College of Education is situated Stretches in 5.15 acres on the Pudukkottai-Kudumianmalai road in Perumanadu Village.

Main Building:

With a beautiful lawn in the front, the state of the art’ main building speaks volumes about the future vision of the founder, our chairman .At present the college of Education occupies the first floor of the Sudharsan College of Arts and Science.

Laboratories:

Separate laboratories for Physical and Biological Sciences have been set up for the use of student Teachers. Basic chemicals and instruments are provided in the Laboratories for the training of the student teachers to conduct Experiments required for high school and higher secondary Level.

Computer Lab:

A computer laboratory with a network of sixty computers is already in place and the student teachers are allowed to use this facility. Network facility is provided in the office, Principal’s room, library where students and teachers have access to Internet.

Auditorium:

The Auditorium can accommodate 150 students. It is provided with public addressing system. It is also used as audio visual room for lectures and seminars.

Playground:

There is a spacious playground in the campus and the student teachers are encouraged to participate in games and sports.

Library:

B.Ed college has an excellent collection of books and Periodicals on Education and Allied subjects for the use of the student teachers and staff. Books are also issued for study at home. The library has3720 volumes of books on 1265 titles, and 54 CDs on different subjects.

Transportation:

Buses are arranged for the transportation of students from Pudukkottai and back on payment of fees.

Hostel:

Outstation student teachers are provided with hostel accommodation. Adequate care is also taken for the well being and safety of the inmates by the college authorities.
