1. Generally the fee paid by the SC/ST students is being compensated by the UP government. They also get the state scholarship from the government. Limited students from general category and backward castes are also get the scholarship from the government. All such candidates should submit the requisite application at the time of admission. The college shall not be responsible if the student does not submit his/her application by the due date. The information to complete the formalities before the submission of application form, are marked at the back of the scholarship form.
2. The government also provides help to the dependants of freedom fighters, time to time. The facility of National Loan Scholarship is being provided by the government to the students with prescribed eligibilities.
3. Keeping in view of the facilities made available to the poor and the bright students in the earlier classes, fee concession within the percentage limits prescribed by the government is also being provided to them. For this they should apply on the prescribed format.
4. To avail these facilities, application should be submitted by the due date as declared by the principal. No student shall be given more than one facilities. If the student getting the help is found guilty of indiscipline or using unfair means during the examination, he/she shall be barred from all the facilities, scholarship, student welfare fund, fees concession, etc., that were made available. This rule shall also be applicable to the students from the reserved category.
5. From 1995, every year onwards, gold medals are being provided to the regular students of BA, B Sc and B Com final year, and B Ed and M Com final year, for securing the maximum marks in the examination and getting listed in the merit list of the university. These gold medals are being provided from the local Durga Industrial Group. When the students receive these kinds of motivations from the society, a feeling of achievement through healthy competition arises in them, which is always necessary and expected by the institutions, fulfilling which the Durga Industrial group family has done an appreciable work. The whole college family pays regards to this renowned business house for their motivation to the college students.
Fee Concession
The college provides the following fees concession to the students other than scheduled castes and the students belonging to other categories:
- Full fees concession to the 10 percent of the total registered students.
- Half fees concession to the 15 percent of the total registered students.
The rules related to fee concession are:
- It is compulsory for the students to apply for the fee concession in the prescribed format and submit it in the office by the due date. It shall not be possible to submit it after the due date.
- It is compulsory to attach the last year fee concession certificate and income certificate of the father/guardian along with the application for fee concession. The students shall be given the fee concession after his/her interview with the fee concession committee; so it is necessary for the related students to be present during the interview, otherwise his/her application would not be considered.
- The name of the students selected for fee concession shall be declared as per the decision of the fee concession committee by the specific date
