Calicut University offers a bachelor’s in physical education course. The Calicut University B. PEd is offered in two formats, regular and integrated. The regular bachelor’s course is for 2 years and another one is an integrated course of 4 years.

Calicut University B. PEd Eligibility Criteria

The University of Calicut offers a degree in B. PEd in two different formats. Regular course and an integrated course. The eligibility for both formats is different and is given below 

Calicut University B. PEd Admission 

The B. PEd course is essentially a bachelor’s degree course in physical education. Apart from the basic eligibility aforementioned for Calicut University admission, students are required to clear the CUCAT, a university entrance exam. They also have to clear a physical test. The university will also consider the sports achievement merits for admission to this course.

Application Procedure 

To get admission to the B. PEd course, students need to register themselves first for CUCAT. The following are the necessary steps for the registration process.

Step 1: Read the exam notification and prospectus properly

Step 2: Create CAPID using a Unique mobile number

Step 3: Upload a photo of less than 40 MB

Step 4: Fill in the personal details and academic details.

Step 5: Complete the registration process

Step 6: Fill out the application form with the correct details.

Step 7: Pay application fees.

Step 8: Submit and take a printout.

Entrance Exams

For admission in the B. PEd course, students have to register for CUCAT, the entrance exam of the University of Calicut.

• Marksheets and pass certificates of 10th, and 12th(for the integrated course) and Graduation (regular course)
