UPES Placements 2025: Highest & Average Salary Package, Top Companies

UPES Dehradun placements are conducted through the Enhanced Development Growth and Enrichment program, commonly known as EDGE. The highest package offered to the School of Advanced Engineering students at UPES Dehradun has been recorded as INR 14.2 Lakhs per annum.

The average CTC for the top 10% of students enrolled in BBA at UPES was INR 6.5 Lakhs per annum. In 2024, the highest CTC offered to MBA students at the School of Business was INR 20 Lakhs per annum.

UPES Dehradun Placement Process

UPES Dehradun placement cell takes care of the final placements of the university. The UPES Dehradun placement process involves the steps given below.

• The students who are interested in the campus placement have to register for it.
• Interested recruiters send their campus hiring requirements to the university. 
• The placement cell shares the company details with candidates and submits the student's profile to the company. 
• The company conducts pre-placement talks to give students an insight into the company and the profile they are offering.
• The company then conducts a selection process on campus and extends offers for students post-selection.
• Selected students join the company. If required, students can join the company in the last semester and write final exams on campus.

UPES Dehradun Internship

Along with final placements, the EDGE also provides summer internship opportunities for students. The university has made summer internships mandatory for all UG and PG students. The duration of the summer internship can be anywhere between eight weeks to six months. The Career Services Department ensures that summer internships provide students with insight into the corporate culture and lifestyle.
