UPES result 2023 for UG, PG, and other courses is available on its official website. Students can check their UPES Dehradun results using their email ID and password. The result is declared in online mode only. Candidates need a minimum total score of 40% in their internal and external assessments to be eligible to get promoted to the next semester. UPES results are released six weeks after the conduction of semester exams.

UPESEAT Result 2023

The UPESEAT result 2023 is available online on the university's result portal. To check the result student must enter their application number and date of birth. The result is in pdf format. Students must qualify for the UPESEAT to get admission to the B.Tech course at the university. Apart from UPESEAT, UPESMET, and UPESDAT entrance exams are also conducted by the UPES for admission to different UG/PG courses.

Candidates can access their UPES Dehradun results by logging into the UPES result portal using their email ID and password. Students can view their provisional result status and the marks/grades obtained for subjects from the student portal. UPES Grade System 2023

UPES Dehradun follows a grading system used for both assignment and theory marks. Given below is the UPES grading system students will get based on their performance in the exam.

Evaluation of UPES Result 2023

The evaluation system at UPES Dehradun consists of 3 components - internal assessments, midterm examinations, and end term examinations. Internal assessment will be a continuous evaluation based on the student's performance in regular coursework, assignments, projects, paper presentations, class participation, etc. The internal assessment and the mid-semester examination conducted in the middle of a semester aim to improve the student's performance at the end of the semester by providing them feedback on their performance. The marks weightage of different modes of assessment in UPES result is tabulated below:

Candidates need a total score of 40% (C Grade) in the internals, midterm, and end-term exams taken together, failing which they will be required to re-appear for the supplementary examination.

Revaluation of UPES Dehradun Result 2023

Students can apply for a result revaluation within 15 days of the UPES result declaration. Soon after the result declaration, UPES releases a notification prescribing the deadlines for application and fee details for revaluation. Students can download the application form from the UPES student portal and submit it to the Controller of Examinations of UPES Dehradun along with the fee payment of INR 250 per subject.

The re-assessment of the answer sheet is done to check whether the marks awarded to various answers are correctly added, or whether the examiner has evaluated answers to all the questions written by the candidate. UPES Improvement Exam 2023

The UPES Dehradun also provides the facility for improvement examinations for a student who fails the semester exam. Students may only take the UPES improvement test for theoretical examinations. They cannot take it for practical, assignments, or laboratory marks.

A student who fails to pass any of the papers or all of the subjects in a semester must retake the paper or semester by filling out the re-sitting form and paying the examination fee. The form and all required instructions will be made available at least three months before the university exams.
